EXPERIENCE
All applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience related to the age of the child in the position you are applying for, in a paid nanny role over the age of 18. While we greatly value the experience gained from being a mother, it does not count as professional experience and should not be listed.

Must write and speak English clearly,
Must provide reference names and numbers for the last five years of employment from the date of application submission.
Must be a licensed driver and have a car.
FRANKLIN (NASHVILLE, TN) NANNY NEEDED

Together, they create a lively and energetic household filled with laughter and activity. This family has a large lab who is the laziest of lazy. He enjoys sunbathing and being around the kids when they are home.

ABOUT THE NANNY: The family is in search of a energetic nanny who is willing to embrace a variety of additional responsibilities during both the morning and afternoon hours. These tasks will encompass essential household duties such as managing family laundry, overseeing dishwashing, maintaining general tidiness throughout the home, and assisting with light meal preparation.
They seek a nurturing individual who can serve as both a positive and fun mentor, all while maintaining boundaries to ensure a healthy and structured environment. Given that both parents have demanding jobs that require them to work outside the home, reliability and punctuality are paramount traits they require in their ideal candidate.

RATE: Up to$42 per hour

A warm, active family in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood is seeking a nanny / family assistant to join their household starting in September 2026. The family is looking for someone who can help support the children’s growth, routines, and day-to-day activities. They have two fun and engaging children: an 8-year-old son who is curious and thoughtful, and a creative, energetic 5-year-old daughter who loves art, activities, and imaginative play.
They are an active, outdoors-oriented family, and much of their week revolves around sports and activities. Summers are filled with swimming and tennis, while winters are centered around skiing. The kids also participate in dance, gymnastics, soccer, baseball, and football. Mom is an avid runner and swimmer who regularly trains for races, including an annual half marathon. Both children are strong swimmers, confident bike riders, and enthusiastic skiers who love staying active and trying new things.
