Here at The Nanny Consultant, we understand that using a nanny agency for your search can be costly, though an indispensable investment. We are now offering payment plans for those in the greater Seattle area. Our mission is to ensure that every household can access our unparalleled services.

Long Term Nanny

OPTION A: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $375 and a placement fee of 15% of your provider's annualized gross income.
​
This option includes the following:
​
-8-month guarantee with a max of one replacement.
​
After the 8-month guarantee period is completed, all future placements receive a 10% discount on the total placement fee.
​
-A max placement fee of $11,000 (meaning you would never pay more than $11,000).​
​
OPTION B: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $875 and a placement fee of 13% of the provider's annualized gross income.
​
This option includes the following:
​
-10-month guarantee with a max of two replacements.
​
-After the 10-month guarantee period is completed, all future placements receive a discount of 12% off the total placement fee.
​
-A max placement fee of $10,000(meaning you would never pay more then $10,000).​

Family Assistant

Newborn Care Specialist
Newborn Care Specialists have a vast amount of newborn and infant experience and are available for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, though mainly overnights. Kyla has hand-selected what she feels are the city's best Newborn Care Specialists to refer to her clients, keeping in mind that they book out about six months in advance. They generally charge anywhere from $55 to $65 per hour with a 12-week minimum.
PLACEMENT FEE: The placement fee through The Nanny Consultant is 16% of your provider's annualized gross income. The NCS will have her own fees and contract it will sign with you. They are all independent contractors.
Al La Carte
At The Nanny Consultant, we now offer a variety of one-time childcare services through Al La Carte. From date nights, overnights, and weekend care for you to getaway, to one-day family assistance to get your home up to speed. The Nanny Consultant ensures your child is in the best possible care. We are excited to be working with Seattle's best. Book our Al La Carte services today and experience the ease and convenience of having a trusted caregiver available when you need it.

This service is $45 per day/booking (new customers) and $35 per day/booking (clients who hired a nanny through The Nanny Consultant), and each provider charges their own rate, generally between $32 to $45 per hour, depending on the services provided and experience.
