Nanny shares offer an ideal solution for families looking for high-quality, in-home childcare while also enjoying valuable social benefits. In this arrangement, two families share a nanny, allowing children to learn and play alongside a built-in best friend. Each family benefits from personalized care at a more cost-effective rate compared to hiring a nanny individually.
Costs are the same as above under long term nanny only split down the middle for each family.
Additionally, at no additional charge I will assist a family in finding a nanny share family if they retain The Nanny Consultant services to hire a nanny.
ON CALL NANNY ChildCARE and Family Assistants
At The Nanny Consultant, we now offer a variety of on call nanny services. From date nights, overnights, and weekend care for you to getaway, to one-day family assistance to get your home up to speed. The Nanny Consultant ensures your child is in the best possible care. We are excited to be working with Seattle's best. Book our on call nanny services today and experience the ease and convenience of having a trusted caregiver available when you need it.
This service is $45 per day/booking (new customers) and $35 per day/booking (clients who hired a nanny through The Nanny Consultant), and each provider charges their own rate, generally between $38 to $40 per hour, depending on the services provided and experience.

Enjoy the comfort of home-cooked, nourishing meals without the daily planning and prep. The Nanny Consultant offers personalized chef placements for families seeking a skilled culinary professional to manage menu planning, grocery sourcing, and meal preparations within the home.
From weeknight dinners to special gatherings, our carefully vetted chefs create delicious, family-friendly meals tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and lifestyle-bringing ease, health, and convenience to your household.
House Cleaners
A professional house cleaner helps keep your home fresh, organized, and well maintained through routine cleaning services tailored to cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying. House cleaners generally work two to four hours per visit and typically charge between $50 to $60 per hour, depending on the size of the home and the services requested.
MORNING OR AFTERNOON DRIVERS
Are you needing assistance getting your child off to school or picked up? Did you know that you can hire a driver to take your children to where they need to go.
A driver generally works 1 - 2 hours and will charge around $55 per hour.

TRAVEL CARE
Whether you need a travel-ready nanny for a single trip or a professional who can travel as part of a long-term position, The Nanny Consultant can help. Our experienced caregivers provide attentive, flexible support while helping maintain your children’s routines throughout domestic and international travel—giving your family greater ease and peace of mind away from home.
TIMELINE The timeline for filling a position can vary from less than a week to up to 12 weeks, depending on the position. Additionally, it's important to keep in mind that most nannies need to provide a one-month to 45-day notice to their current family after signing the contract.

WEEK 1 Initial call, questionnaire filled out by the family, ad created by The Nanny Consultant, ad approval, service agreement signed, initial payment submitted, and your job listing goes online
WEEK 2 Recruitment, initial candidates sent over for review, and introductions are made, some interviews start
WEEK 3 Interviews have begun and possibly trials
WEEK 4 Interviews, trials, offer letters sent out, parent nanny agreement signed, nanny gives notice
WEEK 4-10 Nanny begins employment
